Policies:

Fabric/trim is not returnable or refundable unless flawed or damaged.

Please be sure to inspect your fabric/trim carefully and completely when you receive it.  If it is flawed, package it for return and email us.  We will replace it as quickly as possible.

All fabrics are first-quality but should always be inspected before cutting.

Do not cut your fabric/trim until you have inspected it.  Once it is cut, it cannot be returned.

Remember, fabrics have textures and many minor slubs and variation.  These are not considered flaws by the manufacturer.

If a precise color match of fabric is desired, please request a cutting of your selection.  There is no charge for a cutting.  Dye lots may vary slightly.  It may take more time, but will result in a better match.  No returns accepted for dye lot variation.
